Why Frase's Rank-Ready Documents Speed Up Content Creation

Rank-Ready documents are a powerful tool that allows you to create a full draft in just minutes. By streamlining the process from keyword selection to tone of voice, it saves time and helps you generate SEO-optimized content efficiently. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Start with a New Document:

    • Click on the "New Document" button and choose the "Rank-Ready Document" option.

    • Enter your search query—make sure it’s not too broad or too narrow.

  2. Refine Search Results:

    • Review your search results and uncheck any that you don’t want to include.

  3. Generate or Select a Title:

    • If you have a title, great! If not, generate 10 AI-recommended titles and select one.

  4. Add Topics:

    • Use the topics Frase suggests, based on its semantic SEO algorithm, or add your own topics using the “Add Topic” button.

  5. Outline Your Article:

    • Add article-level instructions (e.g., mention or avoid specific keywords).

    • Either manually create your outline or generate one with up to 30 headings using AI.

    • Customize each heading, including adding specific instructions for keywords or hyperlinks.

  6. Select Tone of Voice:

    • Choose a tone of voice from Frase’s options or input a custom tone.

  7. Review and Submit:

    • Review all selections, make any changes, and hit submit. The AI will begin writing your article.

    • You can work on other tasks while it processes, and Frase will notify you via email when it’s done.

  8. Review and Finalize:

    • Once the draft is complete, review the article, leave a rating, and save it to your document.

Using a Rank-Ready document, you can draft a complete, optimized article quickly, saving time and improving productivity.
