Why Frase Simplifies Collaboration with Teammates

Collaborating on content within Frase is easy, whether you're working with team members or freelancers. The platform offers flexible options for sharing, commenting, and exporting, making it simple to work together efficiently. Here’s how to collaborate with your team in Frase:

  1. Inviting Teammates:

    • Any admin on a team plan can invite team members by clicking their name in the top left, selecting "Settings" and "Team," then clicking "Invite Members."

    • Enter the email addresses and hit "Send."

    • Make sure to add new team members to the correct document folders by navigating to the folder and adding them at the top left.

  2. Sharing Documents:

    • Click the share icon near the SEO panel to copy an editable link for team members to make changes.

    • For view-only access, toggle the "read-only link" option on to share a link that allows others to view but not edit the document.

  3. Exporting Documents:

    • Click the three dots next to the share button to export the document as HTML, PDF, or text.

  4. Collaborating with Comments:

    • Highlight text and click the comment icon to leave a comment.

    • You can reply, delete, edit, or resolve comment threads directly within the document.

By using these features, Frase makes it easy for teams to collaborate in real-time, ensuring seamless content creation and communication.
