Why Optimizing Existing Content in Frase is a Smart Move

Frase allows you to easily import, optimize, and update your existing content for better SEO performance. By pulling in published content from a URL or pasting it directly, you can improve your content’s ranking potential without starting from scratch. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Importing Existing Content:

    • Open a new document and choose the SEO Workflow option.

    • At the bottom, turn on the “Import Content from URL” button if your page is published, and paste the URL. If not, copy and paste the content directly into the editor.

  2. Inserting and Formatting Content:

    • After pasting the URL, click the Create Document button to start the content extraction process.

    • Once it’s done, check that your content is correctly formatted with proper images and links, then click Insert Content.

  3. Optimizing Content:

    • After processing your search query, go to the Optimize tab.

    • Use the AI Edit tool by highlighting paragraphs and rewriting them using specific keywords.

    • Continue editing heading by heading, working towards the target topic score displayed on the right.

  4. Additional Optimization Tools:

    • Above the topic section, check if you need to add or remove images, links, or text to further enhance the content.

  5. Export or Share for Review:

    • Once you’re satisfied with the optimization, export the document or share it with your team for review.

With Frase, updating and optimizing your existing content is quick and easy, helping you improve your site’s SEO performance.
