Go to the "Knowledge Hub" and click on the "+ New Voice" button.
You’ll have two options:
Analyze Text: Automatically define your brand voice based on existing text.
Custom Voice: Manually set your brand voice levels.
Option 1: Analyze Text for Brand Voice
Paste your text into the provided field and click "Analyze."
Frase will automatically detect your brand voice levels:
Formality: Adjust how formal or informal the tone of your content should be.
Politeness: Adjust how polite or direct the tone of your content should be.
Emotion: Adjust how emotional or neutral the tone of your content should be.
Assertiveness: Adjust how assertive or passive the tone of your content should be.
Set a name, target audience, description, and preview the generation before you save.
Option 2: Create a Custom Voice
Manually adjust the voice settings (Formality, Assertiveness, Emotion, and Politeness) to fit your brand style.
In any document, place your cursor and press the spacebar, or highlight existing text.
Select the brand voice you'd like to use from the right side of the in-line writer.
Your text will automatically adopt the selected voice style.
